I'm only seeing some of my tasks

Harmonograph filters Linear issues by status, and shows only To-do by default. Open Settings (the gear, bottom right) and tick the statuses you want under Show tasks in — Triage, Backlog, To-do, In Progress, Done, or Canceled.

Note that Linear treats "In Progress" and "In Review" as the same underlying status type, so they can't currently be shown separately.

No tasks are showing at all

The tasks section only appears once you've added a Linear API key in Settings. You can create one in Linear under Settings → API → Personal API keys. The key is stored on your device and never sent anywhere except Linear.

If tasks still don't load, the key may have been revoked — Settings will tell you whether it's working as soon as you paste it in.

My calendar won't connect

Google Calendar access requires that Chrome itself is signed in to a Google account — the extension can't prompt for that on its own. If you're signed in and it still fails, open Settings, disconnect, and connect again to trigger a fresh consent prompt.

A world clock shows the wrong time

Clocks use IANA timezone identifiers, not city names or offsets — for example America/New_York rather than EST, and Pacific/Auckland rather than NZST. Using the identifier means daylight saving is handled for you.

How do I revoke calendar access?

Disconnect from the Settings panel, or remove Harmonograph from your Google Account permissions page. Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored settings.

What data does Harmonograph collect?

None. There are no backend servers — calendar and task data go straight from your browser to Google and Linear, and are never stored or transmitted anywhere else. The privacy policy covers this in detail.
